This small, elegant book contains Denise Levertov’s four Embroidery poems.  The book was designed and printed by Saul and Lillian Marks at the Plantin Press in 1969 and published by the Black Sparrow Press.  The edition size is 700: 150 numbered and signed hardbound copies, 300 numbered and signed copies bound in sewn paper wrappers, of which this is one, and 250 unsigned copies.
